Roush reveals latest tuner Mustang:428R
“Roush is following up its 427R* tuner Mustang with a successor obvious to any follower of Mustang history. It’s the 428R*, an homage to the 428 Cobra Jet mustang of 1968-1970. Limited to 200 vehicles, the 428R* sports 435 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, by way of Roush’s ROUSHcharger supercharger setup, done up in chrome powdercoat. Other engine-bay jewelry include billet radiator and intercooler caps, oil cap, and strut tower caps. The package also includes modified front and rear shocks, front and rear springs, front and rear sway bars, jounce bumpers and an anti wheel-hop kit, along with 18-inch cast wheels. Expect the 428R* at Ford dealerships in October 2007.”
